What happens if I cannot be verified by the Age Verification process?

A.

A small percentage of shoppers may not be verifiable due to limited availability of publicly available information in the age verification databases. If this happens, we will attempt to contact you via phone and email to verify your age. We typically require a copy of your driver’s license or some other form of government issued ID that verifies your date of birth.

I’m new to cigars. What are Cigar Bandits Cigar’s most popular brands? Are they expensive? Would it be worth it?

A.

Of course some are more expensive than others, but each one would be a delicious, unforgettable introduction to cigar smoking. You’ll kick of your smoking experience right any one of these brands. No, even with the changing laws and politics between the USA and Cuban relations, it is still illegal to sell Cubans in the United States.

How long does it take to process my cigar order?

A.

All in stock items will be boxed and shipped before 2 PM Mountain Time. Generally we ship 2 day air although can offer expedited shipping as needed.

All items not currently in stock will be processed within 2-5 business day although most orders will process quicker.

Given the events outside our control – shipping times have increased from all carriers ( USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, Etc ). We will be as transparent as possible for all shipping related details.

Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO and US Territories?

A.

Guaranteed! PO Boxes, APO/FPO and US Territories will ship via USPS which may incur additional delivery times. Any increase in time will be communicated with the customer after purchase. Unfortunately upgraded shipping options are not available at this time.

What about shipping oversized Items (such as large humidors)

A.

These items will ship via ground/freight services and may incur additional delivery times. Delivery may not be available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and US Territories for certain items. Driver will deliver to the shipping address, but is not required to assist in moving the oversized item into the building, or with setup/unpacking.

Do You ship To Alaska and Hawaii

A.

We are happy to ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Expedited delivery options to Alaska and Hawaii are available for an additional charge. Please contact info@cigarbandits.com for details.

Do You ship To Utah

A.

Due to state regulations preventing the shipment of online tobacco orders to any Utah address, we unfortunately do not ship cigars directly to Utah.
